Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you”) and Treedi Inc. (“Treedi,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Treedi application, website, or services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use.
Treedi is a multi-service digital platform.
Its primary service, Treedi Health, facilitates access to licensed healthcare professionals for in-person medical consultations.
Treedi:
Treedi operates as a technology facilitator connecting Users with independent licensed healthcare professionals.
Treedi Health consultations are priced at $19.99 per visit unless otherwise stated.
Each visit may include:
All medical decisions are made solely by the licensed healthcare professional.
Treedi does not practice medicine and does not interfere with independent clinical judgment.
The Platform may use artificial intelligence tools to assist in collecting structured medical information.
You acknowledge that:
Final medical decisions are made exclusively by licensed professionals following physical examination.
Treedi disclaims liability for reliance solely on AI-generated content.
Treedi is not an emergency provider.
If you experience symptoms including but not limited to:
You must call emergency services immediately.
Treedi is not liable for failure to seek emergency care.
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
Treedi may suspend or terminate accounts for false information or misuse.
You authorize Treedi to charge the consultation fee at the time of booking.
All payments are final unless otherwise required by law.
Treedi reserves the right to change pricing with notice.
Refunds are issued at Treedi’s sole discretion except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Treedi’s total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific consultation giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Treedi, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
Healthcare professionals using the Platform are independent practitioners.
Treedi:
The provider-patient relationship is between you and the licensed professional.
Medical records are maintained in accordance with applicable healthcare regulations.
Users may request access subject to regulatory retention requirements.
Treedi cannot delete medical records where prohibited by law.
All Platform content, including software, AI systems, branding, and design elements, is owned by Treedi and protected by intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized reproduction or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
Treedi may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you:
Treedi reserves the right to pursue legal remedies.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation.
If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the Province where services were provided, unless prohibited by law.
You waive the right to participate in class actions to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province in which the healthcare service is delivered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
Treedi may modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
